SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after 12pm are usually processed the next day.
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipments are made, only after receipt of payment, via express courier GLS, BRT or DHL.
Shipping methods vary depending on the destination country.
COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
The cost and delivery times of the shipment from the moment of processing vary according to the destination:
TRACEABILITY
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from customerservice@stiu.it with a summary of your purchase and a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
You will then also receive an email directly from the courier with the tracking number so you can follow the status by clicking on the direct link of the shipper.
SAFETY
All shipments from www.stiu.it are insured against theft and/or damage.
In case you receive a damaged and/or non-compliant package, please do not collect it, leave it with the courier and contact us by email at customerservice@stiu.it indicating the problem.
Once you have collected the delivery in person and confirmed receipt of the package with your signature, the insurance coverage expires.
