RETURNS
You can return any item purchased on www.stiu.it.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and expense.
You must return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
The return must be accompanied by the invoice issued at the time of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, intact, undamaged and untouched by packing tape.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: clean, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. They must also have all tags intact that they had at the time of delivery.
We recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid marking or damaging the soles.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return and may be denied a refund.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Send an email to customerservice@stiu.it indicating:- Name and surname of the person who placed the order
- Order number
- Reason for return
Within 48 hours, you will receive an email from customer service that:
It will confirm the opening of the return procedure
It will attach the label to apply to the package for the return
Next, you will then need to:
- Print and apply the return label
- Take care of organizing and managing the return shipment by delivering the package to the courier of your choice
REFUNDS
Once we have received the returned items and verified their condition, we will proceed with the refund via the payment method with which the order was placed.
The full amount of the goods will be refunded excluding return shipping costs and any duties.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund process is complete. The crediting times on your credit card do not depend on Studio Stiu' Srls and vary from circuit to circuit and depending on the processing times of your bank.
